Capones Island ‘Photo Album’

The second island we went to was Capones, which is also located in the Pundaquit area. It has creamy-white sand, clear blue-green water, and a wonderful view!

But although the water seems to be calling you to dive in and relax as you float away… the beach in Capones is rocky and not really suitable for swimming. The place is, of course, good for memories… so… kodakan to the max again čÖé čÖé

Nikki, Rikki, Ice, and Edgy… on their way up to the lighthouse

Edgy, Ice, and Rikki were the only ones amped up to go to the famous Capones Lighthouse. Nikki, my eldest, wanted to join them but since she couldn’t keep up with their ‘speed’, she ended up staying with the rest of us. I also wanted to go up and take pictures of the beach and its surroundings from the lighthouse, but… I dunno… the part of me that isn’t really fond of ‘climbing (hiking)’ hit me that day so… I just took a picture of Edgy and the kids… from afaaaar čśŤ They’re the tiny ‘stick people’ (with their hands raised, actually) you see outside the lighthouse’s lantern room. I didn’t zoom so much when I took this shot below coz I wanted to somehow show the distance and view from where I was… which was hundreds of steps away.. hehe čśŤ
