Healthy Monsters

My family and I have been eating healthier for more than 3 years now. When I say healthier, it means that we eat pork like 2 out of 10 times and beef, about 4 out of 10. We’ve been feeding our tummies with chicken, fish, and greens, and we try to have just salad for dinner at least once or twice a week. I’m glad my kids are okay with a ‘no rice’ meal — even my son, who eats like a horse and is always hungry like a bear.
